322bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Eligibility & Registration

To create and use an account on 322bet, you must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information on the registration form;
• Not be included in any voluntary self-exclusion list for betting platforms in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, business partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 322bet.

The 322bet reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. Verification may include requesting documents such as a national ID, driver's license, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. While verification is pending, withdrawals may be temporarily held.

2User Account

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out from your account at 322bet. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password for this platform and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at 322bet via live chat. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to keep their credentials secure.

Account details may be updated upon request to support, with supporting documentation required. CPF changes are not permitted — each CPF is permanently linked to one and only one account on the platform.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

The 322bet accepts the following payment methods, all operated exclusively in BRL (R$):

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Confirmation in seconds. The preferred method for deposits and withdrawals.
• Boleto bancário — funds are available within up to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — instant processing for debit cards and up to 2 days for credit cards.
• PicPay — instant confirmation.
• Mercado Pago — instant confirmation.
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks. Processing time up to 1 business day.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, where applicable, as a fraud and money laundering prevention measure.

The 322bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility and vary by bank or digital wallet.

The 322bet reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals to verify account authenticity, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusual account activity. The verification period is up to 5 business days. Support is available 24 hours to assist throughout the process.

4Sports Betting

Bets placed on 322bet are final and irreversible once confirmed in the system. Users are responsible for reviewing all bet details — selection, market, amount, and odds — before confirming. Errors made by the user when filling out the bet slip cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

The minimum bet per selection is R$ 2.00. Maximum limits vary by market, championship, and user profile, and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

• Cancelled events: bets are fully refunded to the account balance.
• Postponed games: if the match is played within 24 hours of the original date, bets remain valid. After that period, they are refunded.
• Match abandonment: the final result market is settled based on the score at the time of the interruption, unless otherwise specified in the event's specific rules.
• Incorrect odds: to 322bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds showing a manifest error, defined as a deviation of more than 20% from market odds at the time the bet was placed.

Live (in-play) bets are accepted until the market closes automatically. The Cash Out allows you to close bets early at a value calculated based on current market odds. Cash Out may be temporarily suspended during live streams or periods of high odds volatility.

5Casino & Games

The casino games available at 322bet — including slots, live casino, crash games, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party providers certified by international regulatory bodies, such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and others. All game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems.

The 322bet has no influence over game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each title is available in its individual game description. The live casino uses real dealers via live video stream — no outcome is predetermined by the platform.

Individual titles may have specific rules that override the general rules in this section. Always check the rules of the specific game before playing. In the event of a technical failure during a game session (connection drop, server error), the round state is recorded by the system and resolved based on the outcome up to the point of interruption where possible, or the wagered amount is returned to the balance.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The 322bet offers bonuses and promotions for new sign-ups and regular players. Each promotion has its own specific terms available on the Promotions page. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Every bonus has a rollover requirement — the amount that must be wagered to release the bonus balance for withdrawal. The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount and specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bets that count toward the rollover must have minimum odds of 1.50 per selection, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Every bonus has a expiration date. Unused bonuses or those whose rollover was not completed within the validity period are automatically removed from the balance, with no additional notice beyond what is already stated in these terms.
• Your real (deposited) balance and bonus balance are kept separate in the system. The real balance can be withdrawn at any time. The bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement has been met.
• The 322bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, without affecting bonuses already credited.

Bonuses obtained through promotional abuse — including creating multiple accounts, using false information, or colluding with other users to manipulate accumulator outcomes or exploit promotions in any other way — will be cancelled in full, and the associated account may be closed with balance retention as per the prohibited conduct clause.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 322bet:

• Opening more than one account per person (same CPF, same device, same home or shared IP address);
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes;
• Use of the platform by individuals under 18 or on behalf of minors;
• Any form of fraud, including unwarranted chargebacks, fraudulent transaction reversals, or unauthorized use of third-party payment methods;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to conceal the origin of illicit funds;
• Manipulation of sports results or participation in match-fixing schemes;
• Use of automated software (bots) to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Exploiting bugs or technical glitches in the platform to gain an undue financial advantage;
• Agreements between multiple users to arbitrage bets by exploiting bonus promotions (bonus arbitrage or coordinated bonus hunting);
• Any conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

If any prohibited conduct is identified, the account will be immediately blocked, all bonus balances cancelled, and the remaining balance held for investigation. Cases that constitute a criminal offense may be reported to the relevant Brazilian authorities, including the Public Prosecutor's Office and COAF.

8Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at 322bet. Prior to closure, any available real balance (excluding bonus balances with a pending rollover) will be paid out via Pix upon identity verification.

The 322bet may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Request by the user in the context of self-exclusion due to problem gambling;
• Court order or administrative ruling by a competent authority;
• Operational shutdown of the platform in Brazil.

Accounts closed due to terms violations are not entitled to a refund of bonus balances. Any real-money balance deposited and not wagered will be assessed on a case-by-case basis — in cases of proven fraud, it may be retained as part of loss prevention measures and reporting to the authorities.

9Liability & Limitations

The 322bet uses cutting-edge technology to ensure continuous platform availability, targeting 99% uptime. However, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond the platform's control (force majeure).

The 322bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user;
• Loss of internet access or device failure on the user's end that prevents a bet from being completed;
• Bets not confirmed due to a connection failure on the user's end — only bets with a confirmation recorded in the system are considered valid;
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or non-material damages arising from the use of the platform, except as expressly provided under Brazilian consumer protection law (CDC — Law No. 8,078/1990).

The maximum liability of 322bet in any dispute is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

10Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the sports betting regulations applicable in Brazil.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform 322bet must first be submitted to the support team for an amicable resolution. If an out-of-court settlement is not possible, the court of the user's place of domicile in Brazil shall have jurisdiction, as provided in Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated by 322bet at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated via registered email with at least 7 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
